A Little Birdie Told Us
"I loved visiting different destinations because it gave us the opportunity to see a variety of species. Seeing flamingoes fly overhead for the first time was my favorite!"

Tour Overview
Traveling the Emerald Coast by car is the best way to see Yucatecan seaside towns while taking in the beautiful shoreline scenery. Heading east along the northern coast, we will see the ocean to the left and lagoons to the right, both with their own unique ecosystems and bird species. This tour feels like a road trip, as we drive the small costera highway and make several stops to look for American flamingos, terns, frigate birds, black-necked stilts, clapper rails and Mexican sheartail hummingbirds. Bring a swimsuit and towel in case you want to take a dip along the way!
